I am a CS graduate with a strong background in software engineering, proficient in languages such as Rust and Python, as well as technologies like Linux and Django. While pursuing my studies, I developed a keen interest in various fields, including blockchain infrastructure development and smart contract development. As an IT Technical Support intern, my responsibilities included:
1. Activating customer accounts for those interested in using new services.
2. Collaborating with suppliers to resolve service, equipment, or inventory issues.
3. Installing application software and performing upgrades, virus protection, and driver installations.
4. Troubleshooting internet, wireless, and wired network access problems. - Internship at LUMILEDS
I have interned at this company for over three weeks, with the goal of learning how to maintain LED production machines on the production line. I have learned a lot, particularly about configuring these machines. I analyze problems and collaborate with the team to develop solutions. I report to my mentor, take on daily tasks and responsibilities. I communicate effectively with faculty and staff and welcome criticism and suggestions for improvement.
